Bob has over 35 years experience in the construction and social housing sectors. He has led successful organisations as an Executive Director and as Chief Executive Officer. He has also held several non-executive Director positions, including terms as Chair, with registered Charities and nonprofit organisations and more recently in the commercial sector. Bob is currently joint Chief Executive of Town and Country Housing and Rosebery Housing Association, both subsidiaries of the Peabody Group, and an Executive Director of the Group. He is also a non-executive Director of the Housing Forum Itd a not-for-profit members organisation operating the residential property sector.

Gareth has over 40 years' experience in housing, predominantly social housing and at senior executive level or as a non-executive Board Member. His roles included executive responsibility for development, asset, and housing management for regional and national housing associations. He also spent 15 years in consultancy, advising boards and execs on a wide range of issues and leading change where required and taking a start-up business to a £30m multi-disciplinary practice. Gareth has also chaired the Milton Keynes Branch of the Chartered Institute of Management and the Watford and West Herts Chamber of Commerce.

Patrick has worked in the social housing arena for nearly 30 years, He has held finance director positions at a number of Registered Providers in London and Scotland, including Metropolitan Thames Valley. He was also part of the teams. that established LSVTs Phoenix Community Housing and Eastend Homes, and more recently Populo Living.
